　　水是人類不可缺少的一部分。人可以3天不吃東西，但不可以3天不喝水。地球上的水是很豐富的，共有14.5億立方千米之多。但是其中有97.5%是咸水，不能被人類直接利用。地球的淡水資源僅占總水量的2.5%，可是，在這些淡水中，又有87%難以利用。人類真正能夠利用的水，約占地球總水量的0.26%。更可怕的是預(yù)計(jì)到2025年，世界上將會(huì)有30億人面臨缺水，40個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)淡水嚴(yán)重不足。中國(guó)的水資源總量為2.8萬億立方米。按照國(guó)際公認(rèn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，人均水資源低于3000立方米為輕度缺水;人均水資源低于2000立方米為中度缺水;人均水資源低于1000立方米為重度缺水;人均水資源低于500立方米為極度缺水。中國(guó)目前有16個(gè)省、市、區(qū)人均水資源低于重度缺水線，有6個(gè)省、區(qū)(寧夏、河北、山東、河南、山西、江蘇)人均水資源低于500立方米?？梢娝嵌嗝凑滟F的呀!
